Unpack the walker and remove all components from the box. Attach the folding mechanism by sliding it onto the frame and securing it with the provided screws. Adjust the height of the walker by sliding the adjustable bar up or down to a comfortable height for you. Adjust the armrests by sliding them in or out to a comfortable position. Make sure the walker is stable and secure before using it. Stand behind the walker and hold onto the handles for support. Place your feet shoulder-width apart, with one foot slightly in front of the other. Take small steps forward, keeping your body upright and your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Use your arms to help with balance and stability, if needed. To turn, shift your weight onto one foot and use your other foot to pivot around. To fold the walker, squeeze the folding mechanism together while lifting the handlebars slightly. The walker will fold into a compact, portable unit that can be easily stored in a closet or under a bed. To unfold the walker, release the folding mechanism and push the handlebars down until they click into place.
